I am a retired high school and post secondary Spanish teacher. During my years as a teacher, I served as Department Chair and on many curriculum committees (including the Florida Committee that wrote the latest version of the Sunshine State World Language Standards). I have been President of the Florida Foreign Language Association, the Florida Chapter of AATSP and FLENEF (our regional WL organization - Foreign Language Teachers of NorthEast Florida). I am presently the Conference Chair for the Florida Chapter of AATSP as well as the Poster Contest Coordinator and the Editor of La Voz, its weekly newsletter. I have presented at regional, state, national and international conferences for the past 20+ years.

Kathryn Rump is a Spanish teacher at Appoquinimink High School. Kathryn is passionate about building relationships with students, providing comprehensible input, and incorporating technology in class. She is always looking for a new challenge and new ways to get students using the language in the classroom and beyond. Kathryn is a lifelong learner and will complete a second master's degree in Applied Technology this spring.

Kayla Dickens and is a French Teacher at William Penn High School in New Castle. She spent a semester studying in Paris before earning her B.A. in Linguistics & French Education from the University of Delaware in 2016, then earned her M.A. in Foreign Languages & Pedagogy from the University of Delaware in 2018 while teaching introductory French courses to undergraduates. This is her third year teaching at Penn, and she currently teaches Levels 1 and 4 as well as a Linguistics elective.

Jennifer Schwester, a.k.a. jennyzenyoga, has been providing yoga services and trainings to many underserved populations for almost three years, including special needs adults, senior citizens, first responders (Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatchers), and her high school French classes. Jennifer brings her 22 years experience as a French teacher (BA, Montclair State University) to the mat. She has been practicing yoga for the past 6 years and expanded her practice by becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She is also an Ambassador for Yoga For First Responders.
She has presented Mindfulness, Meditation, Chair Yoga, and SEL workshops for various school districts as well as FLENJ (Foreign Language Educators of New Jersey), NJEA (New Jersey Educators Assoication), AATF (American Association of Teachers of French), at NECTFL (Northeast Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Language), RIFLA (Rhode Island Foreign Language Association), FLAVA (Foreign Language Association of Virginia), DECTFL (Delaware Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages), NYSAFLT (New York State Association of Foreign Language Teachers, and on the GWATFL (Greater Washington Area Teachers of Foreign Language) YouTube Tips page. She has also presented for AutismNJ and the Yoga For First Responders protocol at the National EMS Conference.
